This set of target/source support and fixing ring is made for MNT-JS1600 plasma sputtering coater only. It will save you time when the targets/sources need to be switched frequently in your experiments.
Parts are made from aluminum alloy to reduce contamination. Care must be taken in order not to damage the fine screws.
Each set include one target support and one fixing ring. Gold target and the pliers are not included.
