Price Matching Policy

Micromolding Solutions Inc. operating in the name of MicroNano Tools, is committed to providing reliable and affordable price for all listed equipment every day. If you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical and in-stock product, please let us know and we'll match it. Additionally, for US and Canada, our price includes shipping, handling, and custom clearance if applicable. For European countries, additional shipping cost may be applied depending weight of the product. Duty should be free under CETA between Canada and European Union.

1. I am purchasing from a university in US. Do you accept payment term of net 30 days?

Yes,  all university clients from US and Canada are entitled to payment term of net 30 days automatically. No worry, No stress, No Risk.

There may be exceptions for customized high value products. Please contact us for details. 

2. Is shipping fee included in the price?

For US and Canada, shipping fee is included in the listed price. Low value consumables may carry a small reasonable handling and shipping fee. Shipment from Canada to US will be handled by DHL express or similar services. Please contact us for details. 

For Europe and other countries, please contact us for details. International shipment will be handled by DHL express. 

3. If machine breaks down within warranty, how do you solve the problem? 

When problems are found with our equipment, we expect our clients to cooperate with our engineers in trouble shooting and repairing. This would include but not limited to providing pictures and videos showing the machine's problem and repairing minor problems under guidance of MNT engineers. MNT will be responsible for providing and shipping the parts. When it is necessary to take the machine back for repairing within warranty, MNT will send you a return authorization number. In our experiences, most of problems can be solved in the first step.  

 4. If machine breaks down out of warranty, how do you solve the problem? 

We will still provide suggestions and advise on how to solve the problem. Most likely there will be no charge for suggestions or advises. There will be reasonable charge on parts and services when necessary.
