This cathode cover set is made for MNT-JS1600 plasma sputtering coater only. Separate the two parts before installation. When significant resistance is felt between the threads made from aluminum alloy, do not apply any brute force or impact force. Instead, use some 95% or higher alcohol between the two threads. The two parts will be separated easily by unscrewing.
