General Description
The Turbo Molecular Pump system TMPS-150 vacuum degree includes a dual-stage 4-blade rotary vacuum pump paired with a 150 molecular pump. Under no-load conditions, the ultimate pressure is ≤ 1 × 10^-4 Pa. The FF-100/150 model features enhanced performance and comprehensive specifications, an integrated drive design, low power consumption, minimal heat generation, and a compact, lightweight structure.
